Very good environment , quite homely and within good proximity to basic amenities . Very clean house and helpful support staff on the ground . Particularly the House Manager and Security guard

Marlon was a very helpful and responsive. The property is very clean with all the necessary amenities for a couple of days of stay. I'd probably say it's little out of the central location, which we were already aware of. It's a good value for money and proactive host.

Ruth was an exceptional host, always looking to help with the home and getting around Kigali. The home was warm and had brilliant views with local nightlife and restaurants within a mile away.

I had a short but excellent stay at this Elema's place in Kigali Rwanda. Being my first visit to the city, the place made the trip worthwhile. It was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely great value for money—I’d return without hesitation.

This accommodation is excellent it offers a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The caretakers are friendly and very helpful. There few facilities around supermarkets, Restaurants and pubs for those who want to socialise. I will recommend anyone visiting kigali to use this accommodation

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The space was spotless—both inside and out, and clearly maintained with care. The staff were not only helpful but went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My bed was incredibly cozy, and when I wasn’t soaking in the stunning view of the mountain horizon from the bedroom balcony, I was unwinding in the living room, completely immersed in a Netflix series. The entire place felt like a peaceful retreat—beautiful, quiet, and serene. Every amenity was exactly as described, and the rooftop balcony was a standout. Whether enjoying a quiet breakfast in the fresh morning air or sipping a glass of wine as the sun set, the view was absolutely breathtaking. Alice, my host, was wonderful—easily reachable, kind, and always attentive. I had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Kigali, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this space to anyone visiting the area.

I have never stayed in an air b and b that has so many details. when coming in the home , you can see extra care and preparation has been made with personal notes and local gifts. I have always looked for an air b and b that comes with oil as this is convenient and finally found one . coffee, tea, sugar, milk and so many more in this air b and b making it like a home out of your home. . All you need is just clothes and you will fit right in and have all other things you need. really impressed.

The place is lovely, clean and accurate to the description. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The access instructions are a little tricky but the host was very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and worth the price.

The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged everything felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Felix and Anne Lise‘s place looks just like the photos! The apartment is very well equipped with basic necessities: water, shampoo, coffee, etc. It feels very homy and is part of a beautiful compound. Emmanuel was also very helpful and always helped us with calling a taxi! The only thing that we would mention is that the location in Airbnb is not correct, however they provided a description with how to get to the apartment. We already raised this with the hosts and they said they will fix it. This being said, we would have not chosen the apartment if we knew the exact location beforehand. It is quite far outside and you always need to take a taxi to get to anywhere in the city. But in the end, we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment. If you‘re fine with a location that is not central, the apartment is perfect. We just wanted something more central for our stay.

The accommodation was as described. Be sure to ask for the exact address of the property in advance from Silaa. Everything went very well, and I highly recommend this place.

The most important thing I believe when it comes to holiday rentals for a guest is communication. Gaston was very responsive and communicates swiftly. We didn't have to wait for a long time before he got back to us whenever we had a query. Gaston went out of his way to make our stay was comfortable. Always recommending places to visit while in Kigali. We paid for the two bedroom apartment but Gaston was kind enough to let us use the upstairs vip balcony/veranda which wasn't in what we paid for so that was super great of him. I love that we walked in and found welcome snacks. For first timers in an unknown place that is very thoughtful of them to do. Pictures and amenities are alike what you find in the house. We got to take walks at night seeing as it is a super safe neighborhood which was something Gaston suggested from day 1. I definitely would recommend this apartment and will surely visit again. Un super bon logement, propre, excellent. Théogène est bien accueillant et il est toujours disponible pour vous guider ou répondre à différentes demandes. Le quartier Kacyiru est bien placé. Un gardien et une femme de ménage sont toujours présents. Vraiment un bon logement. Logement recommandé avec une note de 5/5.

We stayed at Amy's place almost for a year and we had an awesome time. Great host, great location, great apartment with all you need, Jackson the helper is awesome. Busy gym and pool side cafe/ restaurant next door.

Planned to stay 1 day, ended up staying 3 😂 We just fell in love with the place because it was so neat and peaceful. Great for getaways and retreats, couples lone time, or overnight layovers in Kigali. Hyasinter should receive Super Host status. Now I have an affordable spot to go to when I just need a break from noise and stress.

It was a beautiful place and well kept. Cleanliness staff attended every day.
