Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Kivu

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this Airbnb. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, functional, and had everything I needed. Emery was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, with plenty of credible restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable stay.

Beautiful and big house, right in the center of Musanze and very quiet! the beds and the linens were comfortable too. the host accommodated us with our last minute schedule change. I would come back here!

Excellent place, they took our dinner orders ahead of time and had it waiting for us, very very accomodating for our three dogs that traveled with us, fantatsic views, very quiet at night. Only challenge is maps doesnt accurately direct you from the road, but Peace was able to guide us over the phone easily.

Stayed in a spacious, modern, and new apartment. The bathroom was large with a handy washing machine. Reception, check-in, and breakfast were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I feel the need to point out a few areas that could use improvement. The overall equipment and decor of the apartment felt a bit uninspired and could benefit from a more thoughtful touch. The kitchen, while equipped with essentials, only had two sets of dishes, cutlery, and glasses, which I found limiting. I faced some challenges with unplugged stove plates and a disconnected hot water boiler fuse, which could be better prepared for guests' arrival. Also there are no sponge, soap for rinsing or washing detergent. You need to buy and bring yourself. Overall, a good stay with room for minor improvements.

Hands down the best value in Kigali! The owners are incredibly welcoming, and it’s by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. They tidied the house every single day and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. If you’re looking for a quiet, spotless, and spacious home base in Kigali, I can’t recommend this place enough!.

We had a great time visiting here. It was a bit far from some things but it was close to the bus park. They offered us free breakfast and when the shower wasn’t working properly they fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Bungalows in great Location Right at Kivu lake. Walking distance to Shops, bars and Restaurants. The hosts are super nice and hospitable and make you feel welcome Right away. Also GREAT massage and super tasty breakfast!!! No WiFi but just enjoy the view :)

Every year, I travel to Musanze to visit a project we have outside of Musanze with my husband and Rwandan colleagues. This time we rented the entire house, A Peace of Rwanda. Sonia is a sweetheart and she was very flexible when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean and the wifi is reliable. The bathroom is well appointed, the beds are comfy, and the garden is peaceful and beautiful. However, the thing that made this house the very best was the staff. Patrick and his team made us immediately feel at home. They spoiled us by being so attentive to our needs, even things we didn't know we needed, like cleaning our shoes! In addition to breakfast we had two dinners at the house and the food was delicious and plentiful. That was enormously appreciated after a long day working in the village and without lunch. My colleagues and all agree that this is the best place to stay. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!

Good location on main road, close to local restaurants and supermarket. Quiet rooms with the nicest staff. Divine made my bkfst to order each day. Great value for the price!

It was a great stay. Alice has been so helpful and welcoming. Communication was smooth. Place matched the description and we were satisfied! Clean and has good WiFi. TV has streaming services and they were so flexible. I definitely recommend.

Gorgeous place and as others have said, the best shower ever! To get to the treehouse is a steep hike (but I managed to get all my steps in) so be prepared.

I stayed two nights as a solo traveler visiting the national park to do gorilla trekking and other activities, following a conference in Kigali. Bernice and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me find the place, cooking meals, and giving local recommendations. With their help, I was able to arrange a boat tour on lake Ruhondo. Breakfast was included, and I paid a fair price for dinners and packed lunches -- the food was excellent and abundant. The grounds are tranquil and mostly quiet despite being in the main village. I would stay again!

We are very grateful for the hospitality of Bernard, Regina, Alex, Allan and the family. We felt very welcome. We enjoyed the delicious food and it was nice to chat with everyone in the living room. Bernard took us to show us the tea fields and Alex helped us plan the Sabyinyo hike. Highly recommend staying here!
