The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

Jessica’s place suited our needs very well for a family event in Te Aroha. The place is really new and modern. It is handy to Te Aroha township, Te Aroha Domain and the Mineral Spas, walking tracks up and around Te Aroha mountain and access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. It is only half an hour or so from Matamata (Hobbiton) and not far from Paeroa and Thames and the gateways to both the Coromandel Peninsula and the Bay of Plenty. So much to offer. Just pointing out that there is only one bathroom and one toilet. For a listing that can sleep up to 8 people this was a bit disappointing for a family of 6 staying for over a week. Apart from some other minor things, we had a great stay.

We had a group of 10 adults stay here for our wedding weekend. The house was so spacious and accommodated our group size well. The amenities offered made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The bride, bridesmaids and her family got ready for the wedding at the property. The house had stunning natural light and plenty of mirrors etc that made getting ready so easy. The lighting was also perfect our photographer to snap some amazing photos of us all getting ready. There was plenty of parking available on the street. And the host had provided us with lots of local food/activity recommendations. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Kimba gave clear instructions and was positive to deal with, no issues checking in. Left some items behind and she communicated well and I got my items back.

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — incredibly kind, caring, amazing baker! and accommodating, especially when my partner unexpectedly got sick and had to leave early. Communication was super easy from start to finish. The location itself is absolutely stunning, peaceful, and totally private — perfect for a romantic getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back! this is a must stay in our books and recommend it to anyone wanting a break from life.

Strong pressure for the shower. Full kitchen with oven. Big mowed lawn with open view. Basketball court with short hoop. This stay is amazing.
