Everything was great. Amazing location with lots of nice little cafes and restaurants, nice apartment, and I was able to do early check-in what saved my life after a long flight and early arrival!! Also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. Would definitely come again.

Mr. Yaşar is a great host, very understanding and caring. I felt right at home. The house is spacious and cozy and very convenient. I felt very comfortable. Easy to get to anywhere. It has a balcony and is very spacious. Great use of shower, warm nest. Thank you so much Mr. Yasar for everything.(You can keep this house with peace of mind for those who want to keep it.)

Everything was very nice, Mr. Atakan is an accessible, polite and helpful person. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is great. It was nice to sit under the linden trees.

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

The house was a beautifully planned house that made it feel like home, as seen in the photos. The garden is tastefully designed and we especially enjoyed the swing. It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
