A public boat ramp is located about 2 miles from the property. The house is located on 1 private acre and has a beautiful view of the lake from one side of the property. The house has Wi-Fi that is adequate for accessing the internet, but NOT for streaming videos or playing online games. No cable.

I have a few interior pictures, not all as there is currently a tenant. The rest of the pictures will be available Dec 20. I can share interior pictures of the unit next door if desired. It is the same floor plan just with different finishes.
