Our apartment is located at an altitude of 850 meters, surrounded by greenery and situated at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. At the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area, and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an ADDITIONAL COST you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a wood-heated tub and Finnish sauna reserved for two and a half hours. It is a perfect place for couples but also for your furry friends.

The cedar house

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...

House near the Malcesine Castle

Residence in the historic center of Malcesine with roof garden overlooking Lake Garda. Restored and furnished with fine decorations keeping the medieval atmosphere, it is at your disposal for an unforgettable stay. Also described by Goethe: "all alone in the infinite solitude of that corner of the world". The house is located in the historical center a few meters from the castle of Malcesine. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.

The house on the Hill of BRENO Castle

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

Immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Orobian Alps, 15 minutes by car from Morbegno, and the ski lifts of Pescegallo, 35 minutes from Lecco ,1 hour from Milan. Totally surrounded by nature with a splendid view of the Monte Disgrazia glacier. It is only a 10-minute walk from the provincial road.
