Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

I really loved my two night stay here for a work trip. It’s perched up above most of the housing in the area so that you don’t feel hemmed in. Gorgeous fit out & interiors. A very luxe feeling stay which I highly recommend for any time of the year.

A spa is visible with bubbling water, accompanied by two elegant wine glasses and a bottle of red wine on the ledge. Lush greenery surrounds the area, creating a serene backdrop that enhances the relaxation experience.

Great place. Super clean and we felt right at home. Perfect place for a weekend away. Minutes from Queenstown but still felt very quiet and peaceful. Loved the tub and the hot jacuzzi here. We liked everything about this place! Fair value too. Very high end and fancy feeling, we really enjoyed our weekend here. We will be back. Mahalo!

An absolutely stunning hut. Exceeded our expectations. Inviting, modern and warm. Peaceful and somewhere to enjoy family time and unwind. Well kept, clean and everything we needed to cook and wash. Short trip to Arrowtown and Ayrburn. Cecilia was an efficient and friendly host.

Ian's place was truly 200 out of 100 — incredibly clean and comfortable. Ian was helpful from the moment we checked in, and even in the evening when we had a question about the stove, he responded right away. If we come back to Queenstown, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The house was honestly breathtaking, the views were just beyond words. Everything was easy to use and it really felt like we were home. And the beds were so comfortable, haven’t had such great sleeps that’s wasn’t at home. Michael was so friendly and always responded promptly even with the amount of questions we asked. I would highly recommend to everyone and would stay there again.
