Absolutely loved our stay! The house was incredibly cozy and had direct river access, a relaxing sauna, a jacuzzi under the stars, and even kayaks for exploring. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The location right on the water was truly beautiful, offering breathtaking views that made for a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The home itself was lovely and very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking dinners there and taking in the serene lake views. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The only slight downside was the policy regarding early check-in and late check-out. Unlike our experiences with hotels, there were additional charges for these options, which we found a bit inconvenient and unlike the standard flexibility we've come to expect. Also the upstairs shower is dated and a pain to figure out water temp. Also the grill needs a cleaning badly. Overall, despite minor issues, we had an incredible stay. The beauty of the location was very enjoyable.

This was the most fully equipped Airbnb or Vrbo we've ever stayed at, and thus perfect for our family's needs while in town for our kids' sporting events in the area. Host was super flexible on checkout time, which was a huge help. The house couldn't have been any cleaner or more organized, and was plenty spacious as well with 4 bedrooms. Not to mention the beautiful location and view of the lake. Hope to come back for future events and/or just hang out for a slow weekend and enjoy more of the lake activities.

We loved the house! All the little thoughtful things were so nice: a case of water- all the coffee stuff- and even the welcome message when we walked in. The manager was a couple doors away and was so sweet and friendly. We will stay in the house again when we have another family event in Kenosha again.

She was a great host. Was very responsive and allowed my group and I to have an early check in- she got back to us really quick and we were impressed with response time. Great location and close to the lake, only a few steps away!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet oasis! Don’t worry if you forget anything… Shampoo, conditioner, Ziploc bags, a wonderful array of spices if you’re cooking,… On and on! Everything was beautiful and neat and clean and we had this sweet nook beside a private community beach… There are some great restaurants within just minutes… Very comfortable, very tastefully decorated and just a wonderful relaxation spot! We were in town because our son was getting married in the Chicago area! We would definitely love to return in the future! Ryan and Monique were extremely quick to respond on any questions that we had even before we made our reservation! They went out of their way to have a kayak there for us and a fishing pole because my husband loves to fish! Five stars all the way around!

The home was comfortable, clean and well-stocked with cleaning and kitchen supplies. We relaxed and enjoyed the lake views, caught some fish from the dock, went kayaking, enjoyed s'mores, read and lounged in the patio areas, and kids had fun on the play set. Nearby, we enjoyed swimming at the beaches at Silver Lake and Lake Mary. Walked the neighborhood - lots of friendly neighbors. And, lots of tasty local food - Bodi's, New Taste of Italy, Dini's, and Sandlots. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! The house was so clean, the geese outside were so sweet, the dock, the fireplace, were all so nice. The host was very responsive and helpful with area amenities and directions. I hope to be back again. thank you!

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we were cozy from the moment we walked in! Neighborhood is cute, neighbors were friendly, and you can’t beat the lake views! (just a few short steps from the driveway and you’re right at the boat launch) We didn’t bring our kayaks with but we could have easily walked them down. It was a great week here and we would absolutely stay again!

Mark and Doria went over and beyond for my family and I. we came for the Navy graduation for my son and wanted a home like environment for him to rest in while on liberty. They provided this and so much more. Champagne for the family(Mason couldn't drink), smores, kayaks...and the regular basics any home could need. They made our experience the best I have every had with an airbnb. Definitely will recommend to others coming for graduation as well!!

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

This cottage was wonderful to stay at! Very cozy! Great to stay at in winter as an indoor getaway and this would be an awesome stay in the summer. I passed up the place at first when I arrived because I didn't think it would be that nice of a place! Rainfall shower was nice and great areas to sit and chill out. I would definitely stay here again!

Amanda is the best host I’ve ever had, she is so friendly and responsive. Her kitchen was fully equipped, she gave us the option of having firewood delivered, the place is absolutely beautiful, you walk down some stairs to get to the beach. A group of 8 moms went there for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house is so cute, with lots of space inside, and an amazing backyard. We used the kayaks and paddleboard as well as the cornhole boards. At night we had a fire in the HUGE fire pit and roasted marshmallows. We used the outdoor griddle (the one thing that would have been nice to know was that the grill is charcoal and to bring your own) but we made do with cooking burgers and brats on the griddle and roasting hot dogs over the fire. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with even some seasonings and spices which we didn't use but it was great to know the host was considerate enough to provide them! Overall our stay was comfortable and the house was very clean with lots to do. We will keep it in mind for future trips to the chain of lakes for sure! Thanks for having us.

We looked at a few other places but are so glad we chose Monica's lakehouse. It's simply gorgeous, close to everything and well laid out with so much space. Our whole group loved it, and my mom and kids said it was their favorite AirBNB ever. It's near everything and honestly worth every penny. We played pool, cooked every day, rented the hot tub, took walks in the snow with our dog, and even went snow tubing at Wilmot. The whole house is recently updated, and just the perfect place for a large family. Monica even helped us with a Christmas tree and decorations, and groceries and shopping are just down the street. We also loved Antioch Pizza, which delivered super fast. There was everything we could possibly need for our winter holiday. We plan to come back in the summer now, to check out those kayaks and fully enjoy the lakefront Boathouse

We had a truly wonderful stay for our women's retreat! The home was perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully set up for a relaxing time together. We especially loved the spacious kitchen where we could cook and share meals—it felt just like home. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for late-night chats and laughter. We also enjoyed being just a short walk away from the lake beach, which added a peaceful and refreshing touch to our time. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our special night together. Highly recommended!

A wonderful home that was well appointed, clean & a great location! We hosted Easter here with my adult Kids and grandson. We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and all the wildlife-many deer and even a coyote! So much room and a great layout for us to enjoy the home together!

Cheri was very responsive and accommodated us at the last minute when we had a change in our plans. Our family felt right at home at her very cozy place. Her kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The shower has great pressure and gets plenty hot. Overall it is a great place to stay.

**5 stars – Amazing Lakeside Getaway!** We had another fantastic stay at this Airbnb for the second year in a row! The location couldn't be any better—right across from the lake with beautiful views and a park you can walk through the gate in the backyard to get to. In addition, it is VERY close to the marina where we meet our chartered fishing boat. It is the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The house & especially the kitchen were incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from quality appliances to handy gadgets. Whether you're cooking a full meal or just enjoying coffee on the back deck with its amazing view, it has you covered. There is a deck off the second & third floor as well! 2nd floor has lake view, 3rd floor is facing the front of the house. Very spacious! The entire place was spotless-very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. Highly recommend!
