Foundation restoration is complete. We're excited to host you! Stay with us in our fabulously clean and bright two bedroom home. Close to all of Buffalo's attractions and beyond! Nestled in the relaxing community of Lake View, we’re close to Hamburg, 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo, and a 45 minute drive to Niagara Falls. There are so many wonderful places to go, people to meet, and things to do, here locally, and so many more to explore within an hours drive!

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
