Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Situated on the edge of town we offer 700 sq ft of living space with in-floor heating and bright interior. Outside we have a covered porch with comfortable chairs to relax on hot summer evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with a separate dining area. Bathroom features a walk-in shower and laundry. Bdrm has a pillow top, firm King mattress with premium linens, second bed is a Q foam floor mattress with linens (see picture). Pack-n-play available. Entire place is yours alone.
