Ein Fitnessstudio in der Nähe kann kostenfrei genutzt werden.

I offer a nice small but functionally and cozily furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, small kitchen corner with induction plate, coffee maker, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, DW telephone, baby/children's bed also available on request, bathroom/WC with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Note: the "tourist tax" is NOT included in the total price and will be charged separately upon departure! €3.20 per person/night

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs EUR 50, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

This apartment is located within walking distance of Winterthur's Old Town and the train station and within walking distance of bus stops The fully equipped apartment has a spacious wet room, a modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as various other amenities such as a LAN and WLAN access and a 42 inch TV. Light-flooded rooms and comfortable ventilation ensure an optimal living environment.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Het appartement biedt slaapplaats aan maximaal 4 personen. Het balkon biedt prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Gasten mogen gratis gebruik maken van het (binnen) zwembad en sauna. Er is gratis parkeerplaats voor gasten beschikbaar. Uiteraard is er gratis WIFI. In de periode mei t/m november mogen onze gasten tevens gratis onbeperkt gebruik maken van alle gondels en liften.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
