A wonderful little cottage in the Cape Royale gated community - in the woods, very close to the lake! Lots of outdoor space. Hot Tub was a plus. Tiny kitchen but it had all of the essentials. We would stay here again!

We had a great time spent fishing, canoeing and hot tubing! It was nice to get up and have coffee on the porch watching the ducks, geese and little goat play! We would definitely stay there again! Pam was also very nice and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, beautifully maintained, and comfortably cool thanks to the two A/C units—perfect for hot days. The kitchen was fully stocked (just missing a cutting board, but that wasn’t a big deal), and fresh towels and linens were provided. Wi-Fi was also available, which was a nice bonus. We loved fishing right behind the large, beautiful pool—just steps from the bank. I’d recommend bringing a couple of lawn chairs to relax while you fish. The on-site bar and restaurant offered excellent service, and the pool itself was fantastic. The restrooms near the pool were impressively clean and spacious—honestly gave off Buc-ee’s vibes! The location is super convenient, with a Brookshire Brothers just 5–8 minutes away and Walmart about 20 minutes out. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay—the location, the hospitality, and all the amenities. We’re already planning to come back with the family again!

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

Mrs. Frank was an excellent host who (respectfully) communicated prior to and throughout our stay at her Airbnb, leaving absolutely 0 questions or concerns not addressed. The Cottage was very well maintained and cleaned. The Complimentary golf cart and amenities even within the cottage were well used by our party and escalated our experience. I would absolutely re-book for another stay at her cottage, it was a GREAT experience.

Our stay at Lagoon Ranch was great. We had our 8 month old with us and they even provided a bed rail for the bunk bed. The cabins were clean and brand new. A little bare on the decor, we only had one twin size blanket to share A/c worked great in the Texas heat, the resort pool was really nice and it was great having a restaurant on the premises. The Arcade was not ready and the mercantile was a little light on items. The WiFi was not strong enough so could not use the two tvs in the cabin. I also felt the pool bar was unkept for what I expected of a resort. I was kind of expecting some music and an active swim up pool bar but it was a little dead, and not very clean, once it finally opened the bar wasn’t wiped down from all of the bugs that had died on the bar the night before. Also would have loved if they had scheduled some live music on their stage for Friday nights, but that is preference from parents who don’t get out much and it would have been nice to see some activity.

Well used space. Easy fit for 10 if majority are children I would say. Few spider webs especially on the patio which I had to clean which was no big deal until I got stung by wasp from wasp nest under one of the balcony chairs. Husband sprayed nest so I hope better for next guest. I stayed here 2 years ago and must say maintenance was better at that time in surrounding area pool, grass, community over all. bait shop now closed on premises (don’t fret a bait shop is within driving distance) In the home the upkeep is very good. Stocked with the essentials. Nice stay

My husband and I booked so that we could go to ren faire. This stay is a true hidden gem. it was peaceful and quiet which was very nice after a fun day at TRF. the furniture was comfortable and even though it was chilly outside it was so warm and toasty inside. absolutely would book again!

This home is a wonderful place to be. Nothing like coming home from a long day, walking 10 steps and casting a line! Audrey and husband rick are good folks and stay on top of everything! I felt like I was at home the second I stepped on the property. With the attentiveness on top of everything else to make us feel comfortable is unbeatable! Great recommendations, great amenities, great people and great times! Don’t miss out on this wonderful home if you get the chance!

Perfect place for a get away. We loved the chickens, visits from Jami and her calf, and the peacocks were fun to watch also. The attention to detail by the hosts was impeccable. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

The cottage was super cute and retro. The hosts were very responsive and offering helpful information on where to get food and groceries. They had snacks and beverages waiting. Overall a few lovely experience and would definitely book again.

We so enjoyed our month-long stay at the Cozy Boho. Bailey and Jimmy are excellent hosts, communicative and attentive. This property is located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood, away from city lights and noise. It is a great location for accessing the many trailheads in the National Forest, among other fun things. Inside is perfect for two adults, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa. We were very happy here!

The Good Smoke cabin was great, the pool area was very relaxing and me and my wife felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time at Happy Goat and will return

Lisa’s place is truly a gem. Super peaceful, relaxing and the house is incredibly clean. There were fresh flowers and everything was beautifully decorated. I have truly never stayed anywhere with such attention to detail. I loved the property and walking around the pond.

Bruce is an AMAZING host. words cannot describe. We held my husband's memorial here over the weekend and he was so sweet. He came over and drank a beer with us, we brought our dog and he even had bowls for us to use! he didn't bother us at all. The house is really well sound proofed you walk inside and can't hardly hear what's going on, on the porch which is honestly really nice. He came out as we were leaving and met our dog and had no issue. it was an amazing experience and the view is beautiful and the porch is so nice to just hang out and talk at with the swampcooler. Will definitely be coming back again sometime!!!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Keli was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed. The space was comfy cozy and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming AirBnb. I have added this location to my list of favorites already. 🙂 Highly Recommend!

Perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding! Darrel was so kind, accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful, super cozy and welcoming. Beautiful area and yard as well! About a 3-4 minute drive from Lake Conroe.

We had the most wonderful time! I think this is the best air b&b we have stayed at. Check in and out is super simple. I felt like the things left in the house were above and beyond your average place to stay that made the stay so nice and enjoyable! Had so much fun at the beach and pool. Great place to stay would love to stay there again!

We LOVED this place. We only needed for one night but I wished we could have stayed longer. Caught a big catfish and slept great. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Terry's place. The accommodations were extremely clean, and the serene natural surroundings were beautiful. In the evening, we enjoyed a visit to a small, family-friendly winery within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find friendly neighbors waving at us as we walked around. I highly recommend this place!
