This second story unit provides beautiful views of the downtown museum and city hall. Be sure to enjoy the farmers market every Saturday morning (only 1 block away). This is Hooked on Calcasieu, our magnificent lakefront cabin on the Calcasieu River located at the Northern mouth of Big Lake. Some of the best saltwater fishing and crabbing on the entire earth can be found here. In addition, the camp is only a 15-20 minute ride to the Lake Charles casino area and restaurants. We've looked, and there's not a better lake cabin to be found on Lake Calcasieu. Our cabin is located on a waterfront peninsula surrounded by water on three sides.
