Location, Location, Location! Our Mid- Century Modern duplex on beautiful Shell Beach Drive has been totally renovated, work completed in August 2023, originally built in 1959. It is across the street from the lake, walking distance from downtown, St.Patrick's Hospital, beautiful parks and many restaurants. It is close to I-10 and the Casinos. Super nice for sunset walks in both directions. Two story condo that has 3 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, laundry room, large fenced-in yard, patio & garage.
