Funky Beach House

Funky renovated 60s style beachhouse This is a beautiful, bright, funky and freshly renovated beach house with loads of indoor and outdoor relaxing spaces & BBQ. We have a modern gourmet kitchen and luxurious bathroom. The interior is vibrant yet cozy and inviting, with a 55" smart TV and relaxing couch. The house is a short walk from the beach (80m) and lake (250m), and only 15 minutes drive to the centre of Port Macquarie. The house is not suitable for young children due to stair design.

Avalon is a lovely 'old soul' with character and tranquility within a 5 min walk (500m) to Town Beach and Oxley Beach in beautiful Port Macquarie. Enjoy the north-easterly sea breezes and district views from the entire top floor with wrap around verandahs of this original 1920's home. Comfortable 3 bedroom house adjacent to the Port Mac. Nature Reserve 400m from the popular Flynns beach, 600m to the Koala Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and separate dining. Close to eateries, bottle shop, Chemist etc. 10min walk to the nearest club and 15min walk to the CBD. It is an older style home built in around the 1940'-50's. However it is loved and the renovated kitchen, large living areas and location makes up for what it may lack in style. And pet friendly!

Walk 5-7 minutes south along the coastal path for a swim and delicious food at Flynn's Beach. Further south is the leash free dog beach at Nobby's. Walk into the CBD in 20 minutes.
