Highly recommended for a weekend (or longer) digital detox! Sandra and Pierre's place and the special surroundings are a real gem. The small house is very well maintained, very simple and tastefully decorated, and offers many options to relax, linger and simply "be", especially with its outdoor areas. Due to illness, we were only able to arrive later than planned, the generous courtesy of the hosts was unexpected and left an even better impression. We are grateful for the beautiful days there and all around satisfied.

We had a lovely family weekend, the cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and very well-equipped. Totally matches the photos and description. The views are great. Very nice welcome from Frédéric and Stéphanie, thank you for the welcome gift that delighted our taste buds. The banana rhubarb jam was excellent!

We had a great stay at Michele's. The contacts were very pleasant. What a beautiful nature. The house, so beautiful in that place and then the tranquility. A great experience. We felt right at home. Gratefully made use of all the information she had collected in the folder, especially the choice of walks. We look back on our stay with great pleasure. Highly recommend for nature lovers.

very nice cottage, in the middle of the forest. A change of scenery guaranteed. Pierre was very welcoming and full of good advice. There is everything you need for a great cocooning stay, by the fire, sauna, surrounded by nature.

This place is amazing! Breathtaking views of the mountains. Very accessible to train, restaurants, and grocery store. At the same time, it was far enough away from the busy hotel area so that it was quiet and peaceful. We stayed for 5 days and used it as our base camp to explore the Interlaken area. The space is perfect for two people with everything we needed. We also appreciated access to a washer and dryer (small extra fee). Finally, Myriam and her family are genuinely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Next time I will stay 3 or 4 nights! Lovely people. Quiet location. Clean, comfortable with every facility available. I loved my stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed with Stefan and his family for the first time and felt very comfortable. The small apartment had everything and for the children it was a real dream. The location is great for a number of excursions. We will be back.

A heartfelt thank you to Debora for not only keeping this wonderful place open to those seeking a magical escape in Switzerland near the Alps but also for her incredible kindness. It was so generous of her to pick us up from the train station and drop us off again, all while managing her own home and busy schedule. We deeply appreciate her warmth and hospitality.

We spent one night at the accommodation offered by Marianne and we enjoyed our short stay very much. Very clean, functional accommodation, with a beautiful view of the lake, the place is quiet and peaceful. Marianne came to meet us, she is a very kind, friendly and pleasant person. There is no doubt that The house was in the heart of the nature🌸….the view was Extremely beautiful and serene… Just loved it!! Would highly recommend this place to everyone…. Also, As I told Eva, we will stay there again very soon and explore the nearby mountains and lake..

Beautiful apartment that is well located and pleasantly quiet. The decor (furniture, beds, kitchen, etc.) is perfect in my opinion. Very good place to take a break and spend quiet days. You can make various beautiful excursions and hikes very quickly by car. Thank you! We will be happy to come back :)

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.

Our stay at Mariella's was great. The area is beautiful and idyllic. The hosts are very sweet, we got delicious cherries from the garden as a farewell gift :)

This is an accommodation where it is unfortunate to only give 5 stars. When I opened the door of the house, I was excited to open the door every day because of the view of the Eiger north wall and the chalet that was gathered in the boil. It's about a 15-minute walk to a nearby station, but it's so beautiful that I didn't know how much time I had.☺️🩷 Not only that, the host, Anita, was very kind, very responsive, and thankful for the thoughtfulness of checking if there were any medium difficulties. Not only on the day of check-in, but even though I had to check out at 6 am, it was so nice and comfortable that I didn't have to drag a heavy carrier to the train station by car.!!! The condition of the house was also very modern and cozy, and it had everything we needed, so we were able to stay without any inconvenience!! In particular, I felt Anita's attention to detail again in the service of providing room slippers and lending umbrellas.👍🏻 If I visit Grindelwald again, I will definitely visit again!!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Loved this condo. It was spotless, easy to find and the location was excellent. It was not in the middle of town with the crowds, yet easily walkable. Loved the peace and quiet and the views were amazing. A view of Staubbach falls right in front of the kitchen windows and at night the falls are lit up and look magical. The snow capped Mountain View’s of Breithorn mountain from the deck and literally from the sofa as you are watching tv, were awe inspiring. Comfy furniture and bed and a well equipped kitchen. Lisa was great with recommendations and super responsive.

The area is really beautiful. They were two seperate rooms with a kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and also provided us with extra Ventilators due to the terrific heat. Over all, Nice stay.

The host was warm, professional, and provided clear instructions for check-in, along with great local tips for hikes, restaurants, and sightseeing. We especially appreciated the welcome Swiss chocolate and a guidebook—it was such a thoughtful touch! The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive or train ride to nearby towns and attractions

We had a very cozy and peaceful stay at Ursula’s farmhouse. It is located on a beautiful hillside with amazing views. The washing machine was helpful and the cat was very affectionate! Would love to come back someday.

Andrea's Airbnb was a nice 3-night stay for me in the middle of a much longer trip. I needed a place to decompress, do laundry, and recover from international flights and jetlag. Andrea's condo in Spiez was a spacious and convenient choice. The condo is a short walk from the picturesque town and the train station, and the neighborhood was very quiet while I was there. I agree with the suggestion to take the bus up the hill from the train station to the stop near the condo if you are carrying luggage or groceries. I also agree with reviewers that mentioned the lack of a microwave, which was OK for a short stay but I would miss if I rented for a longer time. The grocery store is near the train station and walkable. I will caution that almost everything in town is closed on Sunday, so if you arrive on a Saturday then pick up enough groceries to tide you over to Monday. There's a small convenience store at the train station if you have to buy on Sunday. I would stay here again.

Heidi’s home and the views are truly breathtaking! Book this place, it’s worth every cent. Heidi was an amazing host, very thorough and has pictures explaining everything. The home was spotless. Entry is very secure as it has 2 entry points - look at her instructions carefully for self check in and you’ll be all set. The parking was spacious for our SUV rental. We couldn’t be more happy to have stayed here for our honeymoon. We will certainly be back!
