Vacation rentals with a patio in Lak Si

L’appartement est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la ville proche du métro et du grand centre commercial Rama 9. J.JBoy est très gentil, très à l’écoute et toujours disponible si besoin. Il m’a amenée à l’aéroport le jour de mon départ, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et merci à JJBoy pour son accueil.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

Das Appartement hat eine gute Lage. Nahe BTS und MRT Stationen und man kommt in der Stadt damit überall schnell hin. Zum Shopping Terminal 21 ca. 5 min zu laufen. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ohne Bar oder irgendwas und man eine gute Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für vier Personen und man trotzdem noch genügend Platz. Es ist alles da, allerdings gibt es so viele Restaurants und Nightlife in der Gegend, da kocht sowieso niemand. Vor der Tür ist ein schönes ruhiges Café mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Dio Soi 12 Cafe. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

Great host, nice place, hope to come back again

I visited with my girlfriend for a couple of days, the room was perfect, very clean and pin was great host who also done our laundry. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

We staid here after traveling Thailand for about 10 days already, and this was my most favorite place that we stayed at. It's right on the river, and the island is amazing. There is a small weekend market, plus a number of regular little shops, cafes, and restaurants on the island. Ko Kret is a hidden gem! So beautiful. I absolutely loved staying here. The rooms are located on the 2nd level of a traditional teak wood home, with it's own (though separated) bathroom, balcony, and seating areas. Rooms are air conditioned, bathroom is not, but that was not an issue for us. The two women are so incredibly kind, and serve a great breakfast each morning! This is a great place to stay for anyone who is looking for a local, quiet, traditional experience. I wish I could stay longer!!! 🥰

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Beautiful villa in Bangkok, very private, great host, not to far on the cab to shopping, bars etc

這是一個非常新的民宿，民宿亦有停車場供應，只是泊車位置較為狹窄，需要小心停泊。清潔方面也是可接受的，只是某些部份位置也看到一些灰塵，唯一需要改善的事，屋內有很多小昆蟲。整體來說，非常滿意是次住宿。

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property during our Bangkok trip. The accommodation was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Everything about this stay was seamless - from check-in to check-out. The location, amenities, and overall service were outstanding. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Lotus , central Ladprao shopping mall and public transport. Close to CBD as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

Great location, very easy check in

Es hat alles prima geklappt. Sehr gute Beschreibung um vom Zug, Haltestelle, AOK, in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas suchen und Überarbeitung vertragen, alles in allem aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche könnte ein wenig sortierter sein. Der Pool ist richtig gut, gerade nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt. WLAN funktioniert und die Waschmaschine erfüllt ihren Dienst. Der Gastgeber ist schnell zu erreichen und behebt kleinere Mängel sofort. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist ruhig, gut gelegen und für zwei Leute ausreichend groß , jederzeit gerne wieder.
