Amazing host is a nice home in the Ari area of Bangkok.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

From booking until departure it was perfect! Alice welcomed me as I arrived and we went out to have lunch, had a little walk around in the neighborhood and told us about the region, taught us how to pray and behave in the temples…it was amazing 🤩 Cleaning is done once a week, so don’t expect it to be like a hotel but they clean thoroughly! Everything you need is within reach, the balcony offers enough privacy, the people are always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxed stay in Bangkok where you can really experience the local culture: this is it!

Me and my mum had such a lovely stay here. It’s perfect for two people, with everything you’ll need provided, exactly as in the photos and as mentioned. It’s in a very safe, quiet and peaceful area so you will be able to fully rest without worry when you are here. The location is close enough to the main road so it’s easy to go out and explore Bangkok. (Also a 7/11 a few minutes walk away for any late night snacks😋) The host is very kind and helpful, replying very quickly. Genuinely feels like home, we have already booked another stay here! Highly recommend!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’ve spent 2 weeks at Tierra resident during my trip in Bangkok. It’s convenient spot and the place provides free shuttle bus to Ekkamai BTS. The room was nice and clean The view from my balcony was beautiful and greenery from the banana fields. The host always responded my messages promptly. Definitely revisiting this place again on my next trip.

everything was great, bed comfy and good AC. We didnt have any problems finding the place. The umbrellas were a plus with the changing weather of Bangkok, thank you!

Lisa is a very kind and proactive host. Everything is as described and I can confirm the reviews we saw before we stayed. There is a metro very close to the apartment so you can get to the city center quite fast. We stayed for four weeks and had to work so it was very nice to be able to enjoy the gym, pool and sauna after.

Really comfortable beds, brilliant amenities including Netflix, nespresso machine & pods, plenty of tea bags & nice toiletries, good location, close to Khaosan Road but in a more peaceful location. Responsive hosts, would recommend definitely!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Great location near the BTS station and a river pier making the whole of Bangkok easily accessible. Nice and quiet at nights.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

This apartment is absolutely perfect! The building is a few minutes walk to the BTS Nana Station, numerous 24 hour restaurants, 24 hour supermarket and a 7/11 across the street. The apartment remains quiet even with all the late night activities. I highly recommend

its great location for taking a train to the malls and such but its not walkable to alot of the sight seeing things. you'll need to take a bike, car, or train. I was about 20-30+ minutes away from everything longer when traffic peaks.

Had a lovely stay in this place, only 10 minutes walk from the skytrain. Close to all the action but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Check in was super easy and having my name printed on the lockbox was a lovely touch. Only stayed 2 nights but would happily stay longer. Place is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Great host, great price and amazing location to explore the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

Super loved our 6 day stay at JJ Suites! The unit was way more spacious than we expected. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Big plus for the complimentary box too! The location couldn’t be more perfect, it was super convenient! No regrets.
