Felipe is not only a person of the good but he gave all the support and attention to what we need me and my brother ... and when I arrived at the apto, it was better than the photos on the site. In addition to all Felipe's care in serving us, and the care for the house, super clean and complete. The kitchen is very good, large rooms with all the comforts/ TV and air. Super clean bathroom. Everything beyond what I expected... A pool and a TOP pool!!! And super quiet place! And to end the energy of the house is very Good. Honestly, I felt right at home Felipe won 2 more customers! We were received by message and check-in was made available at the right time. We did not stay in the apartment because we had family appointments, but the apartment is comfortable, air-conditioned - which is extremely necessary in this city - and really attended to what we needed.

The stay was excellent, the house is super cozy, the house is welcoming and the building is very quiet, the view from the balcony is beautiful, as well as the view from the rooms, it has everything you need in the house, everything tidy and in good condition, I highly recommend it. And the apartment owners are super responsive and polite.

Large and comfortable house. It accommodated 6 people very well. Excellent outdoor area to relax in the pool.

We stayed at Fernando's house in Bom Jesus do Itabapoana. Fernando is kind and helpful. As we were late for our arrival time, Fernando gave us all the information to do the "self check-in". The property is pleasant, located in the upper part of the city in a more recently urbanized neighborhood, close to the center. We like the place and will stay again when we return to Bom Jesus.

Great place, with room for a family to sleep peacefully. There is a double bed, 2 single beds and a minibar, as described, plus Wi-Fi and TV. The host, Luciano, also offers snacks and water for purchase and consumption. Super recommended!

bOM I will talk about the city and the house , the city itself , there is nothing to do , nothing at all. Place to rest, there is no shop , there is nothing cinema in the city . It is a town in the countryside. on the other hand, the house is located in a gated community of super quiet houses and good neighbourhood, perfect for bringing children up to 10 years old, as it has a small square inside the condominium to play with the children without concern. the house is very beautiful , there is everything in the house about kitchen and bedding . The only one for now is the tv . It has two tv in the house, but it only takes one channel and the cell signal is very weak , it took my chip from vivo well. if it is from another operator only picks up outside the house . but only giving a tip , because mobile signal the owners of the house are not to blame... but in all, very nice the place and super recommend it. hosts are super good people of easy communication. and good trip to all ...
