This place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, in the country of Ouche, near Le Perche. Small outbuilding of 62 m2 next to our house, on land of several hectares, surrounded by woods. A haven of peace for nature lovers. A wood-burning insert stove allows you to spend your winter evenings in warmth. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from L'Aigle train station. There is one bedroom upstairs with 2 double beds and 1 umbrella bed. (+1 inflatable mattress if needed).
