Amazing spacious property, very clean, with a breathtaking views of the bay and the beach. The decoration of the place makes you feel completely in a beach oasis and it is very well equipped with all you can need to feel like home. The complex had a beautiful pool with easy beach access. Host is great at communicating and quick responsive and the front desk service was very helpful. It was our first time at SPI and our family had a wonderful time…will definitely come again!

Horacio's place was excellent! From the moment we booked, Horacio was incredibly quick to respond to all our messages, even before we arrived, which made planning our trip a breeze. The space was incredibly spacious, perfect for our family, and the kids had such a great time. The apartment itself was amazing, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the beach was just a few steps away, making it super convenient for daily trips. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic and relaxing getaway!

It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

100% recommend the place is beautiful, it’s so convenient the pool right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Everything so clean and she provides all the necessities as included, every little detail and the smallest thing you would forget to take she has it!🤩 definitely this will be the place I would stay everytime I go from now on.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Frank was very responsive and would answer within the hour, the house was clean, everything we needed for kitchenware was there and the smell of the overall house was nice, clear instructions aswell.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

Stayed for almost 5 weeks. Wife and I absolutely enjoyed this location and dealing with this host. House is as described in words and pictures. Host is very responsive, helpful and straightforward. Location is spectacular watching the working waterfront with dolphins, boats, tugs and barges. Even viewed some different sized sea turtles. Peaceful location with some decent fishing off the dock. Covered porch with comfortable heavy duty composite furniture helped make the stay.
