Our first trip to Puerto Rico was a 10/10. Marcos 100% made our trip worthwhile from helping us find a new local bakery after we missed our pick-up time & helping us plan a new itinerary for the missed portion of our trip due to multiple Delta Airline delays. About the Airbnb- Marcos’ cozy 1bd Loft is nestled between the beach & a popular restaurant/bar alley area of San Juan. It took us four minutes to get to restaurant/ bars & six to walk to the beach. Our Airbnb was clean, comfortable and literally supplied everything we needed. The A/C was ice cold & we were greeted to 90’s pop music upon our arrival! The colorful mood lighting was inviting and set the tone for exploring San Juan! Marcos is the best host we’ve ever had! Please respect the island and the people that call Puerto Rico home. We loved PR, and it loved us back! Till next time ♥️

Had a fantastic stay at this property! Highly recommend staying here. Perfectly situated to walk almost anywhere in Condado. Could hear some noise from the neighbors but I think this was more of a one-off problem. Can bring some earplugs if you’re concerned about sound. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. Beds were comfortable, hosts were responsive, and this place was worth every penny. This is a gem in a really cool neighborhood. Enjoy!

This was our second stay at Emilio’s and it was just as great as the first. The place is spotless and after a long day running around the AC is fantastic. The space is so accommodating for my family and we will be back. You have so much room to relax in! Thank you Emilio for answering those questions. It was greatly appreciated.

We had a lovely time at Alexander's place to celebrate my birthday in San Juan. I recommend this listing if you're staying in the area.

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

This was a great stay for my family and I. We were a group of 9, originally 12, and the space was perfect for us. The three separate apartments were amazing since there were a few couples and also kids. The area was nice and calm and there were so many animals nearby that my son enjoyed. The place was really nice and we will definitely be back soon.

We had a splendid time! Our hostest was very attentive, she answered every question we might've had before we even had a chance to think of them. She was definetly a 10/10. The view and the surroundings are just like no other, it's a hidden paradise. It's a overall perfect place to be with friends and family, we instantly felt at home. Thank you very much Yesi for making this weekend so special for our friends and family. Will most definitely be staying again soon!

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The villa is beautiful, everything is new and very comfortable. Ricky and his team were super attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect with everything close by. I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Highly recommend!

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

Arturo's place was a lovely space tucked "away from it all" near the El Yunque rainforest! There were soft beds, plenty of big fluffy towels, and all the space and things you would need to bring a family to enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico. Note that the property is situated about an hour from Old San Juan, and roughly 30 minutes from groceries or coffee or restaurants if you plan to venture off property. The property is part of the St. Regis Resort and sprawling forested acreage. You will definitely need to rent a golf cart or car, or pack your walking shoes as the restaurants and gym are each about a mile from the condo. But the space is so beautiful, you may not mind the walk. Bonus points for the Calypso team for knowing that the property may be intimidating to the first time visitor and giving a tour upon arrival. Also, if you are a gym goer like me, note that the gym that is accessible for the condo is VERY well appointed--it has a full barbell set up, tons of dumbbells, cardio machines, and weight machines. You have no excuse to slack on your workouts to earn your poolside fruity drink. Being on the St. Regis property, you should definitely take advantage of their pool and amenities. The service at the resort is absolutely impeccable. Expect to pay very inflated resort/St. Regis prices for everything while you're at anything on property, but fortunately you've got a well appointed kitchen in the condo if this is an issue for you. One thing to note that really no one on earth can control: the property is in a rainforest with native coqui frogs the chirp ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I always plan for having ear plugs and white noise when I travel, but keep in mind that if you don't there will be a constant din of chirping as you sleep. You will probably get used to it an not even notice at some point, but if you're sensitive to what I call extraneous noises, be advised. All in all, I would definitely visit again!

Whenever we needed something like the pool being cleaned they came the next morning bright and early to clean it . TV and the pool outside was also very amazing. We were very very satisfied with the Airbnb we chose. Thank you again camilla for the Early check in and also being flexible and letting us check out later . Definitely was a great experience we will be back!

Looked just like the pictures. Host was responsive and super kind. Very clean, jacuzzi was really good especially when we got the temps right. Layout was super fun with a bunch of friends (kind of like a compound of like two connected homes). Would definitely recommend.

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

Overall great stay. Really enjoyed having access to the entire property—we checked out the Boathouse, the Residences' pool/beach, the St. Regis pool/beach—it's truly a gorgeous property. Only complaints were paper cuts: A/C was inconsistent across rooms, getting in/out of the actual complex requires a manual conversation with security every time, resort passes didn't work 100% for all amenities, but none of this materially impacted the stay. Would definitely return!

Villa was everything we hoped for. Quiet, private pool, close to evening we wanted including beach, restaurants and shopping.

Kevin was an amazing host. Very responsive, communicative, flexible, & helpful. We had a problem getting rental cars & he offered to pick some of us up & proceeded to wait at the air port for us. He waited over an hour past check in time for us. Then he met us at the gate and personally showed us the way to the BNB. He gave us a tour of the house & a bunch of local recommendations for different things to do. He was professional but also personable and was very easy going, down to earth. We had 10 people - 2 cars but only one clicker for the gate, he made arrangements to get us another clicker a couple days into the stay to make things easier on us. Our wifi was down first day & the owner got us a whole new set up the next morning. No matter the time I reached out with questions, I received an answer within a couple minutes. The area where the BNB is located is gorgeous, private, gated. Needless to say if you’re staying in Rio Grande this is going to be one of the best places to go.

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect family getaway! The home is peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our kids absolutely loved the pool — it was the highlight of every day! 🌞 The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy spaces to relax and unwind. The location felt private but still close enough to explore the beach and El Yunque. The hosts made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing family spot in Puerto Rico with a mix of nature, comfort, and fun — this is the one!
