Laguna Beach is accessed via private walkway keeping it very quiet and clean. Don't be surprised if you find yourself sharing the beach with a few fishermen or no one at all!

Beautiful luxury, gut-renovated, 2BR beachfront condo with a huge balcony for dining, overlooking the garden, pool and Kite Beach! Marble bathrooms, wine cooler, full kitchen, brand new appliances. Exact location: Cabareef. Take a long, relaxed breath and sink into the best location in Cabarete. Quiet, safe, and centrally located, but a 2-minute walk from great bars and restaurants. My great-condition 2019 Mazda SUV available as an extra for less than typical prices.

The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!
