Comfortable apartment upstairs of our house dating from 1749 that we are renovating. Functional, bright and quiet accommodation. Single storey with independent entrance to the garden. Arrival by external staircase. Parking in our courtyard. Apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom-WC and outdoor area (terrace and garden). Located in the middle of the village and at the same time in a green setting, overlooking a wooded park, river, meadow, and surrounding woods. Check-in after 5 p.m., check-out before 1 p.m. 😊

Central location over looking the old centre “Le Trech” including the cathedral and The Theatre. A very pleasing view day and night from a large and unique semi-circular window. 10 minutes walk to the centre with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries. Generally quiet location. Independent access to the apartment but please be aware that there are stairs to the main entrance. Sorry, no pets, thank you for your under standing. Steve
