IMPORTANT: This apartment is in the CITY OF LAGOINHA and not on Lagoinha beach in the city of Ubatuba. Be aware of this when booking. The apartment is a few meters from the City Center of Lagoinha SP, 4 km from Cachoeira Grande, 8 km from Aldeia Outro Mundo and 24 km from São Luiz do Paraitinga. New apartment, good location. Three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a balcony and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. We will provide bed linen and towels.
