The house has large spaces suitable for large groups. All items mentioned were in agreement with the listing. The hostess is extremely solicit and friendly. An improvement point to consider is the installation of guardrails in the pool area that will ensure more safety for groups of guests with children.

We had an amazing experience! The space is exactly as the photos show — well-planned, organized and with a wonderful view. It has all the necessary equipment and utensils and the security of the place left us quiet throughout the stay. The host Roberta was extremely attentive and greeted us in person, presenting the venue, which made all the difference. We definitely recommend this place for those looking for rest, comfort and a connection to nature. We'll definitely be back!

Everything is great !!! Very good house, quiet condominium. Wagner welcomed us with coffee, water, fruit, chocolate, soft drinks, etc . Every time we call to ask something you answered us promptly. It's worth it!!!

Flávio is a super kind and nice person, responds quickly to messages, super prompt and helpful... the place surprised me, it is much better than in the description and the photos do not match the peace and beauty of the place... there are several fruit trees, hammocks for rest, swimming pool with loungers, several flowers, plants, and the house is very large, rustic style with various furniture and antique equipment (sound, scale, TV)... it gave me nostalgia.. anyway... I really enjoyed it... I want to come back!

Super clean, tidy and the location is more than perfect, close to shops, markets and easy to find! Fabrine is a 1000!!!! Always very attentive, answers all questions and very friendly. I really liked the space, the receptivity, nice and cozy place, the only point I make a restriction is access, the dirt road is very steep, difficult access.

Casa marvelous, super comfortable, organized… The owner a love of person, we were greeted with great affection. The Condominium has an excellent infrastructure with a lake for fishing, courts, a restaurant and a natural swimming pool. Super indico!!!

Our weekend at Mr. José's residence was amazing. Cozy and super welcoming place, he and his wife were super receptive and kind. The location is great, 1 hour from BH. Next to the house there is a very tasty and inexpensive restaurant. And the condominium is simply beautiful!!!
