Great location in rio grande, close to market, pharmacy. Quiet neighborhood, and the night is quiet. Clean, complete, as expected!

The apartment is well decorated, beautiful and spacious. The location is good, close to markets, shoping, Una park. The view is very beautiful. Very easy check in and check out. Very friendly and accessible Cláudia. There was coffee, salt, sugar, oil, sweetener which is very kind. The cleaning needs a little more attention in relation to the dust, some places were dusty but this is easy to solve and does not take away the good characteristics of the lodging, as I have rhinitis hindered me a little. I missed a toaster, blender and noodle drainer, utensils I usually use. In general, I recommend for sure, only these small adjustments that can make you even better .

Beautiful, well decorated and very smelling apartment. Host thought through every detail, with makeup face towels and pool towels. Balcony with barbecue, air fryer, electric pot for rice, another balcony with super comfortable armchair. We love the place and hope to go back!

Our stay at João Pedro's apartment was quite pleasant. The place is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures and the decor is in very good taste. Super clean, well equipped and quiet. João Pedro received us and gave us all the necessary instructions and indications of the neighborhood. In addition to being in a safe neighborhood, the building has an alarm system for added guest safety. For people with mobility issues it is good to know that there is a flight of stairs. We are very pleased and intend to return to staying there.

The house is exactly as described or better, Marco Aurelio the host is a genius, we got up early before check-out time to leave for Florianópolis and he was always there for whatever we needed... it is highly recommended and we will surely repeat the stay on our next trip.

I went with my wife to Pelotas for the first time in order to visit FENADOCE and this place came in handy. We were very well received, the house very cozy, organized and clean, in addition to being 5 minutes away from our travel goal. Location very close to the lagoon, very quiet, no noise… Well-equipped kitchen with appliances that make our lives easier, such as airfrayer and the electric jar… indispensable nowadays. The swimming pool is delicious, despite not being heated, the water was clean and warm! I recommend you stay.

The apartment is very nice, with many details where you can see that there is a lot of dedication behind it. We spent an amazing night. It was very important for us that the vehicle was inside a closed area, and in this case it even had surveillance. We felt like a friend had lent us his house.
