The condominium is safe and has a parking space near the elevator. The location is excellent, close to the center and easy to get to any area of the city. The host was always available, attentive and efficient. They were incredible moments, a perfect stay, and I'm sure I'll be back soon. I highly recommend this impeccable place!

Luiz was very attentive, the place is excellent for a good rest with privacy, I recommend the accommodations for couples who want to take advantage of a late afternoon chimarrão at the edge of the lagoon and make a good walk and can leave the car in the stay, their family who live there is very dear and attentive to people, always available.

The kitchen features sleek cabinetry with modern finishes and is equipped with a cooktop, electric oven, and microwave. A washing machine and dryer are integrated into the cabinetry. Counter space is complemented by stylish bar stools at the kitchen island.
