The host was very attentive, responding immediately to all messages, the apartment was clean, organized and very fragrant. Very well located in the central area of Pelotas, close to a restaurant, squares, Public Market and the Boardwalk. Our family loved it and we thank Juliana for all her affection. Everything was perfect.

The site is very well located. You'll be right in the center of Pelotas and you'll probably be able to get around on foot to most destinations. There was everything I needed, crockery, kitchen accessories, refrigerator (which works very well) and electric kettle. It has a charming and laundry balcony under the apartment. There are two misfortunes , the first is that the washer made available for free does not work properly, does not wash, wraps clothes and does not centrifuge, but as previously stated it has laundry paid under the apartment. José is a good host and the apartment is super secure. The second misfortune is the cleaning that leaves a little to be desired, the bathroom is not very clean has cobwebs and I found a part of razor in the corner of the bathroom box and in the wardrobe there is a lot of spider web as well. We met the needs well, had a nice stay and there are many hangers to leave your clothes hanging and not kneading.

Our stay at João Pedro's apartment was quite pleasant. The place is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures and the decor is in very good taste. Super clean, well equipped and quiet. João Pedro received us and gave us all the necessary instructions and indications of the neighborhood. In addition to being in a safe neighborhood, the building has an alarm system for added guest safety. For people with mobility issues it is good to know that there is a flight of stairs. We are very pleased and intend to return to staying there.

Very nice apartment, everything was impeccable. They leave things in the fridge at very reasonable prices to consume. Personal hygiene items. A place to buy food at the door of the condominium and super close by. The neighborhood is not very nice, but inside the condominium everything is impeccable.
