Excellent beach house on Graçandu beach, north coast of RN. About 37 km from Ponta Negra beach. The house is composed of 5 bedrooms, three of which are en-suites, in addition to the DCE. Covered garage for two cars, plus eight uncovered spaces. Enough beds for fifteen people, plus several hammock hangers. Barbecue with toilet, equipped kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, appliances and new mattresses. Newly renovated house.
