Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

The house is very well located, for those looking for a quiet stay and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for hiking, bike riding or water sports. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. We'll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed Sofia's place. Great gateway from the city and very family-friendly.. The house is comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and with plenty practical little details for you not to miss a thing and feel like home. They even had some sweets and snacks ready for us when we arrived, and the basic kitchen products for cooking (and more). The garden and the little farm are a great complement to the stay. Our 3-year old daughter had a wonderful time playing pretend in the little wooden playhouse and interacting with the animals. Sofia's father was very thoughtful and engaged our daughter in feeding the animals, picking the eggs or giving a bottle to the baby goats. Pity she was a bit scared to ride on Emilia the pony. Surroundings are also delightful. We went for a family bike ride to ecopista. All in all, we were simply a happy family at Sofia's place. We definitely recommend it!

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

Great space to come with family, friends and patudos! Francisco received us with organic vegetables, grown by himself. The house is well prepared to host large groups, with the comfort of sufficient resources for the convenience of all. We never lacked entertainment, with all leisure activities available. Always very helpful, allowed us to leave in the late Sunday afternoon, which gave us an unforgettable Easter Sunday. Excellent price quality, I will definitely recommend it to everyone!! We had already stayed at the accommodation and we stayed again, because of its location and its tranquility. They've made renovations and it's even better!

Joao's place was a great base from which to explore Nazare and surrounding areas, and to visit Porto where we stayed a few nights and the Douro valley. The appartment was comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located near a supermarket. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Joao and he gave us recommendations for local food spots. We would definitely come back and stay here.

We loved our stay in Nazare. The town is incredible and our host was friendly and welcoming. She was very clear with check in and showed us around when we got there so we were clear on everything. We visited in the chilly off season and she’d placed extra blankets out for us and set the heat so we’d be warm at night. The location is perfect and view incredible. She left us pastries and port on arrival and the apartment was very clean. The only thing I didn’t love was that all the lightbulbs were very bright white (I’m super light sensitive so it was a “thing” for me but maybe not for others… this is also something we noticed at a lot of restaurants in the town). I can’t recommend the location enough! It was an easy walk to both south and north beach and the parking was a huge plus for us.

Telma was a wonderful host. Her place had all the amenities that you could need for a home away from home. And the views from her place were incomparable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very cozy place. Nicely equipped! Comfy bed. Nice view from the terrace. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The building itself is a bit old but once you enter the apartment it is not noticeable anymore. Beaches are close, also some restaurants but possibilities are limited. Closest supermarket is a 10min drive away. We would come back!

The place is spacious, quiet and has a good structure for a couple. Although it is a little far from the center of Caldas da Rainha, access is quick. Teresa was very attentive and caring with us.

The house was perfect for our bachelor party! The location was ideal, cozy and discreet, which allowed us to make the most of our party without disturbing the neighbors. The house had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and ample space to have fun. In addition, the swimming pool was a high point of our stay, allowing us to relax and have fun at the same time. What I liked the most was the flexibility and freedom that the house gave us. We could do what we wanted, when we wanted, without any restrictions or problems. Overall, the house was an excellent choice for our bachelor party. I recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and fun place to celebrate a special occasion.

The house offered an amazing retreat for the nine of us, we felt at home from the very beginning. Plus the hosts were there for every wish and inquiry we had, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maverick Surf Villas. Lots to do in the local area, stunning coastline, definitely need a car, but its easy to get every where, roads are very quiet. The villa was beautiful, so much space and everything you could need. Hosts were very helpful, gave us lots of advice on the local area and hosted some lovely dinners. Thank you so much.

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and 5 children for a week at the property. All in all, we were completely satisfied. The house has a few age-related peculiarities (windows and sliding doors sometimes difficult to open), but this did not limit our satisfaction. The rooms were spotless, the pool was great and there were even sand toys and umbrellas for the kids. It's also great that the house is so big that not all guests wake up when a baby cries at night. We had a great time in Lourinha and would be happy to come back!

The place was a surprise with the size and the location. We were able to get to the beach and easily drive to other beach towns to see additional sites.

The house corresponds exactly to the pictures. The pool was really heated, which is always a positive surprise (often the ad promises heated pool but then does not materialize). The house was very well prepared to accommodate eight guests, at the level of living areas, crockery and towels. But it would be helpful to have a bathroom with extra shower. Communication with the host was very easy. We could have a late check out at an affordable price. The São Martinho do Porto area is beautiful, and very close to the house we had fantastic views of the bay.

The clean, well-located swimming pool offers a perfect place to cool off on hot days, with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The predominant sound here is that of nature, creating a perfect setting to rest and renew energies. An experience that will surely be hard to forget!
