Beautiful and quiet house on the FIRST LINE in the best sector of the lake (Bahía mansa) with incredible views and large terraces. Newly remodeled and fully equipped Beach with sand, dock, pier and grass, outdoor dining room, all private. Ideal for sports and nature walks. 4 hrs from Stgo (asphalt until the entrance of the plot), near the Llico Sea and the magical village of Vichuquén. We take care of the lake: edging of totoras, native trees, recycling, compost and orchard (green seals).
