The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

The house is very cozy and offers all the comforts you need for our guests to have unforgettable moments in Verona.The house faces a courtyard (where kids can play) surrounded by Verona hills that gives to the apartment a cool atmosphere.

The rustic La Terrazza offers two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed. In the living area there is a sofa. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, new dishwasher and oven, there is also a wood-burning stove, it can only be used by agreement with the property, we supply wood for a fee. Blankets and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring duvet covers or quilt covers and pillowcases. There is parking for cars and bike storage.
