FLOS is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open space with an island kitchen and a living area. Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

The house dates back to the early 1900s, in a quiet location, on the edge of the village, it has a space in front of the entrance that can be used for outdoor dining. It is furnished in an essential but comfortable way. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a kitchen and a living room with a pallet sofa and 2 single beds, for a total of 6 beds. The kitchen has an old fireplace that can be lit in winter. The small bathroom has a shower. It is not suitable for those who have difficulty walking.
