Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lafayette County

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

This was our second stay. We had the best time. We enjoyed the lake. We fished from the dock and kayaked in the lake. The place has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay for quiet and peace. We enjoyed our time soaking up the nature. The house was the perfect size from our group. The host was great at responding and accommodating us! We really did feel at home away from home!

bri home is welcoming and beautiful. her and Jack were quick to respond and super helpful. the area is stunning. lots of things to keep the kids busy provided in the home. we would stay with them anytime!!!

What a fabulous Airbnb. House was amazing! Clean, comfortable and every amenity that you could need was there. One of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed at. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. Do not be scared to book this gem! Worth every penny.

Excellent hosts!! Trudy and Greg were super nice and friendly. We absolutely love this place and we can’t wait to be back! Serene nature, we had our own kitchen outside, very rustic but you can actually cook full meals! The bathroom is inside with hot water. There are 3 cute cats, many many beautiful chickens and 2 beautiful horses. We met their sweet dogs but they stay inside the home most of the time. The place is simply the best if you are looking for a healing stay. We actually want to stay at the container next time for more space, but even tiny, this one was not disappointing at all!! Book your stay and see for your own. I think at least two nights for next time, as we only spend one night at this time.

Loved staying at the river house! Michael was great- super responsive, very easy directions to find the place. We did a “screen free” long weekend with our 2 kiddos and this place was perfect. Very clean! Had everything we needed - TONS of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen had great stock of cooking supplies, pots, bowls, utensils and spices. Ample laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. Kids loved playing on the basketball hoop, using their scooters on the driveway and grilling hotdogs at the fire pit. Kayaks were great- our kids are little so we didn’t get far but they had everything you need- various paddles, life vests and easy set up to get the kayaks down to the dock. Boat slip for kayak was AWESOME!!! Would absolutely stay here again - lots of great memories made playing board games at the kitchen table, cooking delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoying the backyard and river. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private retreat.
