Gaia's house - entire house with garden

AnneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our family of 3, plus 2 pets, absolutely loved our one-month stay here! Annalisa is friendly, considerate, and proactive. It’s obvious she truly cares about her guests and the property. The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the supermarket, bus stop and more, it couldn’t be more convenient! Even without a car, we easily navigated everywhere we wanted to go. Our pets especially loved the peaceful, private garden and the neighborhood was lovely for walking our dog. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Casetta Lupo Serena

Anthony Rating, 5 stars2 months ago
This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Donna Olimpia between Janiculum Hill and Trastevere

SethRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The pictures do not do the apartment justice! the place was well furnished, beautiful, and comfortable. Everything was clean and ready to go. There were even instructions sprinkiled here and there for how to use some of the features we were less familiar with. The neighborhood was a peaceful getaway from the busier parts of the city while still having plenty of restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need. The place is a short walk from a tram line and metro stop making it incredibly easy to get to other sections of the city. Finally, Sara was an amazing host! She was responsive when we had questions and had great recommendations. We got turned around on the way to the apartment (Google's fault, not Sara) and were about an hour late to receive the keys. Sara was still cheerful and welcoming despite us making her wait. If you stay here, I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is the prettiest house we have stayed in Italy and the floor to ceiling windows are great for watching the sunset. The washroom and bed sheets were clean and had plenty of heaters. The kitchen utensils and washing machine-related supplies are fully equipped with simple condiments. The house is quiet, the audio with Bose in the living room can be connected to Bluetooth, and the glass soundproofing is great to not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. The whole neighborhood is quiet and safe.Nearby subway stations and supermarkets are convenient. The host was very welcoming and contacted us ahead of time and asked if there was a need for airport pickup. Finally met downstairs of the apartment to show us the various facilities in the house.Communication in English was very smooth, I had a great trip to Rome, and would choose to stay here if I came back.

Villa on the lake with a pool

FionaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Apartment with use of swimming pool

Ann-LouiseRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! We especially loved the backyard oasis and cozy fireplace. There was plenty of space for our two families of four to relax and enjoy. Rome's Sea - Paola's House

DiegoRating, 5 stars5 months ago
we were very satisfied, the house was clean and well furnished the fridge was already on when we arrived as well as there was soap and sponge for dishes or detergent for the washing machine, the house was already livable immediately and this thing for a short stay was of great value to us. it was also nice to be welcomed on arrival (they also helped us with our luggage and provided useful information for our vacation). there are certainly more luxurious solutions but within this price range I think the value for money is excellent. there was also air conditioning with double split and a nice sofa with a garden table on the balcony. the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. also excellent is the proximity of a supermarket and other shops within a minute's walk

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions.
