It has an excellent view ( 180 degrees ) of Pir Panjal Ranges of Himalyas and surrounded by Deodhar & Pinewood trees . Its an independent Chalet with garden all around . It offers 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms . Managed by our Caretaker - Tilak who is an excellent cook . There is parking space for two cars & stay for drivers .

This is one of the stays in Sissu where you will find running water in bathroom in winters. The room is a super cozy space with heated beds. They provided us with on demand heaters and hair dryers. Balcony has a view of the Sissu Valley. The resturant in the stay serves delicious food and have local delicacies. Overall, the stay is no less than 5 star experience.

We had a lovely stay at seven oaks. Everything was spotlessly clean .Prakash, the care taker and his wife made sure that our stay was very comfortable. The property itself is a beautiful heritage cottage surrounded by cedar trees. Our evenings were spent sitting outside in the garden, enjoying a cup of tea, the beautiful views and fresh air. (A refreshing shift from polluted Delhi!) Centrally located and an easy approach, I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.We will return again soon!

Arif is a wonderful host and a nice person. He was always proactive and did whatever it took to make our stay comfortable. He helped us by going out of the way when we were stuck in a difficult situation on one of our trips in Leh. We cannot thank him enough. The facility is located just outside the city in peaceful and serene surroundings. One can enjoy beautiful views of the snow-clad mountains. The amenities in the facility are excellent, making long stays comfortable, like the one we had for about 12 days. The food choices are great. Arif and his mother cooked very tasty meals and catered to our requests every time. On the whole, we had a great time with Arif and made him friends forever. We highly recommend his place for anyone planning a trip to Leh.

If you're thinking about it, DON'T! JUST BOOK THE STAY! This was one of the best villas we've ever stayed in. The villa was situated on a hillock (away from the noise on the streets), but, still within just a few minutes walk away from the main shopping district and was impeccably designed; a modern colonial interior. I cannot stress how the ambience of the house was unlike any other. Ekansh ensured our utmost comfort throughout our stay, from check - in to check out, he helped in communicating with our driver (as my partner and I were non - Hindi speaking). He is a down to earth, friendly and a hospitable host. The caretakers in the house also frequently checked in on us and cooked amazing meals, their in - house food menu is a must - try! We will miss this stay and hope to be back in the future.
