The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Il mio alloggio si trova su una spiagge dell'isola per arrivarci si passa per il piccolo borgo di Sant Alessandro zona pedonale con meravigliosi scorci . la casa si trova sulla spiaggia quindi in sole poche scale si raggiunge il mare. Ti incanterà per la pace per il rumore del mare . Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie La casetta si trova su una spiaggia tranquilla c'è la possibilità di mangiare al ristornate. Attico romantico con grande terrazzo panoramico

Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
