We use geothermal energy and have hydronic radiant heated floors with AC provided by a fan coil using chilled water. This system is extremely efficient and allows for maximum comfort throughout the home year-round for our guests :-).

The treehouse is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport and is 22 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort.
