Lake house vacation rentals in Lac-Mégantic

Easy to find, beautiful environment and beautiful lake. The dock allowed us to moor our boat there. Shops are 5 minutes away and the place is very quiet. The house is warm and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Very clean too. We'll have fond memories and it's likely we'll go back.

Our stay was so nice :) It was exactly what was needed, a nice quiet place to relax with friends. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped. The fireplace was cozy (buy your own!) and the spa was amazing. Thanks again !

Enjoyed our stay right in town with access to everything! Loved the simplicity of the home, the green plants and especially the bathroom - large tub and wide shower head! We enjoyed the snowy weather too. Gorgeous surroundings!

Elise’s chalet was perfect! Extremely clean and had everything you would need. It also had an absolutely stunning view of the lake. I had a couple of questions for Elise during our stay and she was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back :)

Pristine. Modern. Excellent host. The best part was the heated bathroom floor for sure! Extremely quiet and away from the common noise we call life. Not only was our host Annie extremely responsive, she was also the sweetest and made me feel right at home knowing she was there for us. We are so greatful to experience your beautiful home and we will come back soon!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy the site near the river.

It's a great nice place. The view is beautiful and we have amenities within 10 minutes (grocery store, convenience store, restaurant, microbrewery) I recommend it and Étienne responds quickly to messages. The sunset is beautiful.

We were hosted very well by Jacinthe and Richard. The cottage is conveniently located 15 minutes from Mont Gosford, it is also very well equipped (raclette, fondue, etc.), very clean. Communication has been open and seamless. I didn't get a chance to meet them but Jacinthe and Richard seem like very welcoming people, the cottage is filled with small touches. Thanks!

Our group of 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 3 and up) had a great time! The place is peaceful and private. We enjoyed swimming and fishing in the backyard, and being able to use the grill for most of our meals. The house is VERY well stocked. The home is outdated and there's no AC (which is made clear in the photos/description). The basement is unfinished and wood is being stored inside, so it does smell musty and has a lot of spiderwebs. My kids asked both to extend our stay and if we can book it again so it didn't bother them. We would highly recommend the place

I highly recommend this cozy little cottage! It says it's simple, but it has everything you need, and it's absolutely true! We didn't miss a thing. It was cold when we arrived, but the interior quickly warmed up by turning on the heaters and making a fire. A few slippers were available, small details that make a big difference:) There was enough wood and paper for our stay. The kitchen is complete and well equipped for cooking. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were lucky to have a beautiful clear sky in the evening and were able to observe the stars. The chalet is 17 minutes from Parc Nation du Mont-Mégantic:)

We were able to enjoy the calm and nature as we wished. No neighbors, beautiful environment, impeccable and modern cottage, very clean, beautiful evenings with a propane stove, a hot tub, heated floors, a place to make an outdoor fire and a BBQ. Everything was at our disposal to have a good time and feel at home. Nature was beautiful and we were able to enjoy it both outside and inside the chalet since it is fully glazed. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from civilization, do not hesitate and book, it is the perfect place to recharge! Our stay was lovely and we will definitely be back without hesitation! Our stay in Pittsburg was wonderful. The house was cozy and warm. Everything you need was there and Russell was a great host! Very friendly and had lots of recommendations!

My family and I had a lovely week at the cottage. It was clean, friendly, and nice to stay there. We were well received and at Christmas, our children even received beautiful gifts from Santa 😍 I absolutely recommend it!!!
