Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, just 300 meters from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linens (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy!

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

The fishing pavilion is set in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing dock. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a creek and on the edge of forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. This architect and artist designed architect and artist showcases a large unit and magnifies nature.
