Recent apartment close to the casino in a residence with elevator, terrace, good bedding and very quiet.

Amazing apartment and the view is breathtaking! Attention to details! Thank you! Be warned about the parking. Plan ahead and park in a longterm parking. Downtown parkings are often full!!!

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Gorgeous home base for a fun and relaxing family vacation; teens/young adults can venture out on their own AND have privacy in their own rooms. Fabulously stocked kitchen including soap, some cooking staples. Markets Tu/Th/Sat are right outside the door offering fresh produce, incredible prepared foods, cheeses. Too many nearby patisseries to count!!! Impeccablely maintained, lots of linens, towels. And it was great to have a washer/dryer. Beautiful operable windows, amazing afternoon sunlight drenched the living room. Would definitely rent again. Loved every minute.

Thanks for everything, Ericka and Romain. The studio is very nice (we were able to eat on the terrace), clean and lacks nothing. A few "more" to note: thank you for the little touches (coffee pods, fresh water in the fridge...) and convenient garage in the basement.

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Quiet, but walkable to all of Aix centre. We walked to dinner every night and came back to a peaceful house with a private backyard and pool. Having parking was a huge benefit and management team of Emma and Silvio was so helpful. Emma was very responsive. We fit 8 people comfortably with 3 couples and 2 singles.

We were hosted very well. The information provided before our arrival is clear and reassuring. The environment is conducive to rest and the accommodation is fully consistent with the description and photos. We loved the calm, the space, the pool and the welcome reserved by our hosts who showed availability and attention.

We were guests for the second time and enjoyed it to the fullest again. Magali is a wonderful host and very helpful and always kind. The place is very nice and also perfect for families. There are great amenities for children. Seesaw, swing, Mikado, soccer balls, games and more. Unfortunately, we had two days of rainy weather, but we were able to make ourselves wonderfully comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the Jacuzzi. The children also had plenty of room to play under the huge covered terrace. We can recommend the place 100%. There are great hikes and Provencal villages to admire in the surrounding area.

We stayed one night at Andy's place, and it was really nice! A little studio so cute, very well thought out with everything you need. The place is really beautiful and relaxing! Plus, communication with Andy has always been fluid: he's very responsive! Thanks for the welcome:)

We enjoyed our time and Nicolas was very attentive to any issues as they arose. We spent a month in this place and it served us well. It is outside of Aix but only a short drive to some spectacular scenery. Nicolas's recommendations were spot on. Château La Coste, hiking around Mount Sainte Victoire, local villages and visits to Cassis, all easy from here. A very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at Audrey's place. It was super mega clean, quiet and cozy. Audrey is great, she took the time on arrival and departure, is available at any time if needed, and checks in during the stay, it's very much appreciated

We stayed in the apartment for the second time this year. That speaks for itself. The apartment offers everything you need. What's great is the spacious covered balcony and the view you can enjoy from it, the vue panoramique. We were also completely satisfied with this stay, including the communication with Nathalie. Small studio in a quiet tourist residence, a little off the beaten track from Aix-en-Provence. Very nicely decorated and comfortable although not very bright. The small front terrace is part of the large upstairs terrace so not super private but at the end of the floor so quiet despite everything. Everything you need in the studio and even some condiments to make food and toiletries. Everything was clean and tidy.

This was a beautiful apartment for 2 couples. Great view of the harbor from the balcony! Super comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms. Cozy living room and dining room. The best is the location - steps to the old port and all the restaurants that dot the harbor
