This is a new studio with private access, independent of our home. The accommodation is attached to our house by the garage wall. It consists of a kitchen and small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Close to Lake Aiguebelette and in particular Sougey beach within walking distance. A beautiful place to stop and discover our beautiful region between lakes and mountains. "Lac d'Aiguebelette" highway exit is nearby.

Welcome to the Escapade Emeraude, a furnished seasonal rental (6/8 people) ideally located less than 300 meters from Lake Aiguebelette. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).
