Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would come back in a heartbeat. The house is beautiful, comfortable and so well appointed. It was laid out perfectly for our family with teens upstairs in their own bedrooms and us in the primary suite. The property is gorgeous with views to the front and back and beautiful flowers. We spent happy moments dining outdoors and enjoying the games room. St Paul D’Abbotsford is charming and the home’s location is perfect - privately tucked within an orchard but close to amenities like farm stands, vineyards and a butcher. Granby is near for groceries and we loved the Pain Pain bakery there. We wish we could have brought our bikes and would like to return with time to book paragliding. Next time we stay at Francoise’s, we’ll also make a point of going the first day to the farm stand with the pick your own bouquet option so we can enjoy our selections during our stay. Kids loved the fresh strawberry puree slush there. It’s the little things we’ll remember.

Very nice stay. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy all the amenities offered. The beds are also comfortable. In short, a beautiful house to do what you want. Recommended.

Weekend with the family at this cottage! The place is beautiful, both the cottage and the grounds! Very close to Owl's Head ski mountain. The hot tub is super big. The wood-burning fireplace is really nice, we just need to bring our wood! Everything is thought out for a great stay with family or friends! Thanks again for hosting us! Steve's place is spacious and welcoming. It has all necessary amenities and more. There were 8 of us traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was big enough for all of us, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the basement. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group, from making lots of coffee in the morning to having a quiet dinner at night. The drive to Bromont Mountain was quick and easy, which made it very convenient to ski with the kids. We would recommend Steve's cottage and come back again.

This was our third time at this property and we had a wonderful time again. The location is just amazing and private with great views. We loved the spa and fire pit and it's close to Owls Head for golf. The house is maintained and kept very clean which we appreciate so much. Can't wait to book it again.

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

The Airbnb was conveniently located near town, was clean, and had an eclectic style. It offered many kitchen amenities! Nancy was a great host and very friendly.

Clean, bright, well appointed and decorated. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor deck and beautiful landscaping. Convenient location- 5 minute drive to Sutton or to the ski hill. Monic was a responsive host and met us at check-in to give us a tour of the space and how to use the appliances. It is helpful to note that both the bedroom and bathroom located in the upstairs loft are partially open to the floor below. So while you may not be able to see anyone in the loft when you are below, you would be able to hear them especially any bathroom sounds. This was not a problem as it was just the 2 of us. We were disappointed that charging our EV using the outdoor outlet was discouraged by the host. Fortunately there were 2 EV charging stations in town, but it is still nice to be able to charge at the house. It was also disappointing that my husband was told to keep his high-end road bike outdoors and while we were told thefts are rare, it was still a risk.

Very nice accommodation, incredible view, very comfortable heated floor, high ceiling that made us comfortable. Comfortable beds, we slept very well.

Very modern and clean home. Perfect location for our family while visiting relatives in Georgeville. We will definitely hope to stay again!

We decided on a last minute March break ski trip with our teen boys. Simon’s home was a good fit with its amenities and proximity to Mont Orford as well as to Magog (for a nice dinner out and a few groceries). The boys enjoyed playing ping pong, table soccer and music on the piano. We all loved soaking in the hot tub aprés ski. We read reviews before coming so brought extra towels shampoo/conditioner. Cooking in the kitchen worked well too as the kitchen is definitely well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and all tableware. We appreciated Simon being very responsive with messages. We we thrilled to have a little wiggle room on the check in time! We would return to Simon’s again.

We loved our stay! The place was so clean and comfortable. The beds were firm and we appreciated it. Plenty of clean folded towels available as well as spotless cutlery and plates. Absolutely a place each one of us wants to come back to! The host was responsive and proactive and left local guide book for us as well

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a weekend of hiking in the Green Mountains. The place was spacious considering the cost and had everything we needed. Michael was even kind enough to give us free eggs from his chickens! Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a comfortable place in northern Vermont
