Vacation rentals with a patio in Laajasalo

Overall, I highly recommend it. Most importantly, Pavel, the host, knew what travelers needed and prepared carefully. Location: Pavel's house is located in a residential area a little far from the city center. It seemed to be a new city area with many newly built apartments. It looked like it was far from the center of Helsinki on the map, but it didn't feel far because it took about 15 minutes by tram from Helsinki Station. If you're planning to visit Aalto University to explore Alvar Aalto's architecture, the location of this property would be perfect. Communication: Pavel is a proactive communicator. He answered any questions within 10 minutes and also recommended nearby amenities and grocery stores. There was no difficulty with self check-in. Building: The house was spacious and clean, so it was nice to stay. It was good for a family to use with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet. It was a structure of entrance-shower room/toilet-guest room-kitchen-living room-2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, so it was easy to cook, and I was able to use the fridge, basic oil, salt, etc., and it was nice that they even provided coffee! (There was a coffee machine and a moka pot) Nearby amenities: Ridl is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not a small mart, but it wasn't diverse enough to buy gifts and souvenirs. It's good to take a walk and go.

We'll stay in Emma's studio apartment during the renovation of our own home. Emmi was super flexible and helpful, already arranging the night before our schedule to move in. Also, as our renovation was prolonged, Emmi arranged for more hosting time flexibly. Great service! Thank you!

The studio is located in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet residential area. Helsinki was easily accessible by metro in a short time. A good restaurant and shopping were nearby. I appreciated the personal welcome, as well as the small, glazed balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the direct view of the facade of the neighboring house...but I was mostly on the road and otherwise the surroundings were very green!

Everything went smoothly, and Hanne responded to messages quickly and kindly. Plus flexible self check-in and your own entrance. We also loved our own parking spot, but public transportation works well.

Easy to get to by biss from the center of Helsinki, peaceful and real-world surroundings, close to the sea. Big TV...loved it.

I have written this already before, but in my mind this is the best option in the area. Spacious, private, clean and good location! The host is friendly and everything just works!

Me and my girlfriend & dog immediately felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Super good location to discover the "local" Helsinki but also to get to the center. Directly opposite the apartment is an area for dogs. A special plus is the parking, which otherwise often costs €40 per night at hotels in Helsinki

First of all, a tidy, clean, quiet house with privacy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Great place to walk in touch with nature. The house is complete and fully equipped and I will come back very regularly. Highly recommend for families with children Thanks for everything.

Peaceful location, comfortable forest nearby. Good bed. Comprehensive kitchen equipment. Things to do for children, both indoors and outdoors. When going out, the upstairs key was left inside, fortunately the host was there. A sauna is a plus on a different floor and outdoor access.

We’ve had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Andreas’ house. We can highly recommend this - especially for travellers with children. It’s a cozy and beautifully furnished place! The surroundings are beautiful with many pretty wooden buildings around. Andreas has always been very responsive and proactive in his communication.

It was a great place for a larger group. We especially loved the peaceful location, good jogging terrain, and the sauna! The apartment was clean and had everything you need. In addition, Hannele Eliisa responded well to messages and was flexible with the check-in time.

Sirke was a superb host, she was very caring, answered our questions and was very quick with her responses. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! We can sea the see, small islands around and the Uspenski cathedral is also visible from the terrace. There is a lot if light, large windows and modern and stylish furniture. There is good connection to the city centre and also to the airport. Public transport in Helsinki is very good. The apartment is in a newish neighborhood, everything is beautiful around. I highly recommend this apartment!

Thanks to the abundance of positive feedback, we dared to book a home in time extemporee. The host responded quickly to inquiries, and the place was what it was supposed to be. The sofa bed was also positively surprised, we got a good night's sleep. We recommend to others, and we'll be back if we need a place to stay. 😊

My friend Simon and I stayed at Erika's home for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is comfortable, warm, and welcoming, located in a fantastic area. Central Helsinki is easily walkable if you don't mind spending some time on foot, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Very well located apartment in Kallio, well decorated, warm and providing the necessary to be able to cook in addition to being easy to access. Very welcoming host, quite responsive, accommodating and very enjoyable. Great stay in Helsinki thanks to this apartment!

Studio is located close to public transportation but at a walkable distance to the city center. There is a supermarket really close. The seaside is close. Really nice neighbourhood. Everything in the studio is just as described in the listing. Fully functional and clean accomodation. Kethe as a host was super nice, responded to messages really fast. All in all, the place is great, the city is beautiful. Highly recommend you visit both Helsinki and Kethe's accomodation! :)
