Ute and Holger are super nice hosts. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It makes you feel right at home. The air conditioning is great for the summer!! For the winter, you will find a fireplace in the accommodation. There's nothing missing. The garden is quiet and you can relax there superbly. Ute and Holger are always easily accessible and check-in and checkout were possible without any problems. You are right on the Moselle and also quickly in Koblenz and surroundings. I would always book this place again.

I stayed for one night. Easy check in. It’s a little far from the city centre. It’s definitely walkable but if you don’t like walking or you can’t walk far it might be to far. :)

For work purposes, we rented the accommodation for seven and made the end of work there as a vacation there in addition to professional activities. Check-in was very good and went smoothly. The accommodation was as described and you felt very comfortable right away. After we found our way around, everyone moved into their room and the sofa beds were tried. These were also very comfortable. The house was big enough for seven people, but there was a chair outside too little and with only one toilet a strict morning plan, but all no insoluble problems. The lake was very easy to reach on foot and the butcher was also right across the street. Unfortunately, the outdoor light did not work, but this suggests a technical defect and should be resolved as soon as possible. Overall a very pleasant stay and recommend at any time for up to seven people.

We stayed in the rooms one night, the place was perfect for that. There is plenty of parking on the premises. The garden and the location complete the idyll and really liked our daughter. As this is a shared apartment, the kitchen on the upper floor is shared with everyone. Since the place is outside, I recommend arriving with a vehicle (at least bike).
