Im historischen Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein großes und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Ebenso befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ein gemütliches Bad. Vor der Spielwiese im Garten plätschert ein Bach vorbei. Das Häuschen liegt auf dem historischen Korker Bühl mit dem Korker Stier. Das Tiny ist für max. 3 Erw. oder 2 Erw. und 1 Kind geeignet.
