My studio is located in a very lively area that is both family-friendly and festive, but on a very quiet street close to cafés, restaurants, quality shops (cheese shop, butcher shop, wine cellar, etc.). For beautiful walks, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Canal Saint-Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq. The Jaurès metro station is 5 minutes away and serves lines 2 and 5: 15 minutes from Anvers (Montmartre), 20 minutes from Hôtel de Ville (Marais) and Charles de Gaulle Étoile (Champs-Élysées).

It is a small peaceful cocoon, which I chose for its calm (no neighbors above, overlooks a beautiful quiet courtyard). 29 m2 on the ground floor, everything is well arranged and pleasant! Great fan if it's hot! The kitchen has just been refurbished. Bathroom with bathtub. Mezzanine bedroom area with quality bedding, fast wifi. Vinyl turntable + vinyls. Vélux.
