Great stay overall. Excellent location, and beautiful place. The apartment is very nice, new, with many restaurants around, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and great places to walk around. Loved the large floor to ceiling windows; being on the 4th floor with the trees in front, it gave us a lot of privacy, so never had to put the blinds down. David was a great host, very attentive and responsive. Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

Patricia is an excellent host, she is always attentive, she is very kind, the apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential area of Lima, close to many green areas. It is just like the photos , I give you the apartment clean and tidy. It is well equipped with all amenities I recommend it.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent from the start. The place exceeded our expectations: it was fully equipped, very clean, and offered a warm and cozy atmosphere that really made us feel right at home. One detail that we really appreciated was the flexibility of the host, who, due to the rescheduling of our flight, allowed us to check in much earlier than the scheduled time. This gesture made a big difference and allowed us to start our stay in a quiet and comfortable way. Overall, everything was impeccable: communication, location, space comfort and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Wonderful stay! Doña Paola and Diego were really extremely kind. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked perfectly and they had more than you could ask for in a good stay.

I was for a week and the stay was super good, if I would score higher than 5 I would ⭐️ not hesitate to put more stars. The apartment is well implemented the place is very quiet and accessible, it has a very quiet and beautiful park, in conclusion the next time I return I will not hesitate to return to this place, RECOMMENDED 10/10. I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Check-in was flexible, it had everything necessary for the stay, there was adequate privacy and tranquility both day and night.

Luis Alberto's place was perfect for our needs in Lima. Spacious and with everything you need for a long stay. One block away is the main avenue where you find connection with taxis and public transport for all of Lima, even for the airport. Great restaurants, banks, shops, and markets are just a few blocks away. I would come back without hesitation.

A nice stay in a well-located super spacious apartment. The communication with the host was excellent. Only little downside was the sound from the street, but overall a very good experience and can really recommend Karla's place. Thank you Karla 🙏
