Great fishing for Tuna, Marlins , Mahi Mahi depending on the season. Beach and Malecon nearby. Really nice accomodations gated parking garage 24hr security, very relaxed evironment. This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”.
