We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, quiet, and had a lovely ambiance that made it easy to relax. The hot tub was a great bonus and added to the peaceful, private atmosphere. It was also very convenient— the location made getting around simple. A small suggestion: adding shades or blinds to the large windows and doors would help with privacy, especially in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Andre is an excellent host who was very responsive and helpful, with great recommendations. We 110% recommend this beautiful cabin! It is private, clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, a big waterfall shower, cozy fireplace, super comfortable beds and a relaxing hot tub (perfect for star gazing or bird watching). I believe this place is perfect all year round for any of your adventures - we were lucky to have gorgeous sunny days filled with exploring the property and also a bonus snowy day, enjoying a book on the big comfy couch and soaking in the tub. Also, our dog absolutely loved it. Will be coming back for sure!

Our group of 8 friends spent an amazing long weekend at Friendly Fires and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is quirky and cute in all the right ways… We experienced all 4 seasons in 3 days (19° and sunshine followed by freezing rain and snow), but the property has so many different areas to hang out and activities for entertainment and relaxing that we were never on top of each other or bored. We’re already planning our next visit, can’t wait to go back!

We had an extraordinary weekend at Yza's place. Everything was like the pictures, even prettier in real life. The charm of the warm atypical made us feel at home. In addition, there were a lot of things included in the dishes which is very convenient for a stay at 11, as well as in the included sleds as well. Everything was great, and we'll be back with pleasure! Thank you!

A wonderful experience! Me, my boyfriend and our furry friend loved the beautiful view, the privacy and the fact that the trails were pleasantly walkable. Transport luggage ourselves using a sled, from the parking lot and up the mountain to the cabin, was a challenging but an enjoyable way to start the experience. We had access to some donut sleds by the beach area, with a sleding trail descending to the shore of lake Démélée where we had a breathtaking view. The elevated cabin placement offers a panoramic point of view. Overall we loved our stay! The host provided clear instructions as well as a mini handbook about local attractions, activities and maps to help us navigate through the trails. We will be back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing stay at this chalet! The views overlooking the lake were stunning, and the chalet itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace was perfect for unwinding in the evenings, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was ideal - peaceful and secluded, yet still close to all the activities we enjoyed: Mont Tremblant, snow tubing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and exploring Saint-Jovite. Hugues was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we hope to visit again!

We recently stayed here for our March break and it was an amazing week. Beautiful lake, lots of walking trails and super private and away from the busy city. Accommodations were excellent. Perfect little cabin for a quiet vacation. This was our second stay here, and we love how peaceful the space is. It's very cosy, with all the amenities you need for a get away.

Allison is a great host.The house around the lake was not touristy, so we had a very quiet time.It has everything you need and it is a very nice taste room.It was a bonus to be greeted by a friendly dog and cat.I'd love to stay again in a different season.

Despite the rain and the fog at the end of December which did not allow for usual outdoor lwinter activities like skiing, snowshoeing or even skating, we had an excellent time at the cottage. Our family of five adults enjoyed playing lots of board games, we had plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace and there was plenty of comfortable seats to enjoy a movie. We took some walks on the very quiet and peaceful roads around the cottage. Wifi and cell reception were good The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We appreciated the large windows overlooking the lake. And the cozy sunroom off the kitchen was a wonderful little spot to watch the numerous birds coming to the birdfeeder. Overall, we had a great few days relaxing in a very nice cottage.

Great place, fantastic location by the lake. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. The hens are a big hit, especially with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’d love to return!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The stunning views are even better than the pictures. The kids loved both the outdoor and indoor activities, with canoeing and local attractions being the highlights for us. Hosts Cindy and Mike were extremely helpful, offering excellent recommendations and exceeding our expectations. The place had a welcoming vibe. Highly recommended—a hidden gem.

Nice house, really pleasant view

Sandy was one of the best hosts I’ve had! The house was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The rooms are well kept and common areas accommodated all our needs. The back yard has a stunning view while barbecuing or lounging in the amazing and very large hot tub! Every question and concern was answered and solved within minutes. The bus to the village is a 2 min walk from the front door and only a 7 min drive to the parking lots. I will definitely be coming back to this spot and will be recommending staying here to anyone! Thank you very much Sandy you and your place were amazing!
